As an established and experienced block and estate management specialist, we undertake the property management of small blocks to large complex schemes and estates. Our service charge team provides clear and accurate financial information, preparing budgets in good time in order to allow a comprehensive review to be undertaken, service charge requests are issued in accordance with the lease requirements and accounts are completed in a timely manner following the year end.

We inspect the developments we manage regularly and in accordance with the service level agreement using electronic site inspection applications, ensuring that repairs and maintenance issues are reported and dealt with quickly.

You will have an assigned property manager and have direct access to a member of the management board. We can: –

  • Advise you on all major works projects and how best to schedule and undertake these
  • Attend regular meetings with directors and facilitate video conference links if required
  • Arrange leaseholder meetings and your annual general meeting
  • Provide company secretarial services
  • Arrange buildings, terrorism and directors’ & officers’ insurance
  • Deal with all aspects of arrears and debt recovery
  • Provide an out of hours emergency helpline 365 days a year
