A customer services assistant at MetroPM has celebrated his first year at the expanding residential property management company by passing an important exam.
Owen Judd, who joined MetroPM in April last year, has successfully completed his Level 2 Foundation Leasehold Management Exam set by the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).
Mr Judd joined Metro PM following nearly two years on a customer service apprenticeship with Principle Estate Management.
Faraz Ahmed, associate director of MetroPM, which has offices in Birmingham and Cheltenham, said: “We are really pleased with the commitment Owen has shown and we will support him throughout his learning.
“The course he has just passed is centred around learning points covering technical areas, health and safety, customer and consumer issues, and ethics and behaviours.
“These four elements are the crucial foundations for any residential property management professional.
“The IRPM qualification is very relevant and assists Owen with his further understanding of the technical issues he deals with daily.”
Mr Judd, who is now planning to take his Level 3 Associate qualification with the IRPM, said: “I am really pleased to be working for a company who support me through my further learning.
“It has been something which I have wanted to do for a while and MetroPM were eager for me to progress my knowledge.”
Established in 2006, MetroPM provides day-to-day estate management services to a growing number of developers, freeholders and resident management companies nationally.
