MetroPM has been appointed to look after a number of luxury apartments in Solihull.
The property management company, which has offices in Birmingham and Cheltenham, will be managing the Blythwood properties at 40 Blossomfield Road.
The five luxury, three-storey apartments were designed by architect Neil Boddison and built by Shakespeare Properties, a company with more than 20 years’ experience of constructing individually designed homes.
Faraz Ahmed, associate director of MetroPM, said: “We’re thrilled to have won the contract to look after such a prestigious development.
“These apartments really are impressive, sitting discreetly behind carefully trimmed hedges and with a private, gated entrance.
“They are sited in a prime location on the corner of Blossomfield Road and Alderbook Road, a short walk away from Solihull railway station and the town centre.
“We are now working closely with the residents to make sure that we maintain their properties to a high standard so that they can enjoy their investments in such a great place to live.”
The contract was awarded by the Blythwood Management Company Limited.
A spokesman for the company added: “MetroPM impressed us as a property management company that has detailed experience of looking after exclusive properties.
“Their reactive approach with a named point of contact who understands the needs of residents was exactly what we wanted, and we are now enjoying the personal service that we required.”
