MetroPM appointed to manage 16 luxury homes in Solihull

Property management company MetroPM has been appointed to look after a selection of luxury homes in the popular residential town of Solihull.

The firm, with offices in Birmingham and Cheltenham, will be managing 12 apartments at Kelvedon Grove and four houses at Manor Court, both developments located off Lode Lane, opposite Solihull Hospital.

Matthew Arnold, a director of Metro PM, said: “We are delighted to have won the contract to look after these smart residential units that are located in a prime area of Solihull.

“We manage a number of other developments in and around that same area, and so we are perfectly set up to make sure that we meet all the residents’ needs.

“We pride ourselves on ensuring all our portfolio is managed to a high standard and not only meets all statutory requirements but also looks ahead to plan well in advance for any necessary works.”

The contract was agreed with Kelvedon Grove Management Limited and Manor Court (Kelvedon Grove) Management Limited.

A spokesman for the company said: “We wanted a company who had experience in dealing with complex major works projects.

“We were also keen to find property management specialists who were responsive and approachable, undertaking the necessary due diligence at all times and ensuring our homes are well maintained.

“We are pleased to have found who we think are the right partners in MetroPM and look forward to working closely with them.”

MetroPM operates nationally and is responsible for the management of apartment developments across England.
