It's never too early

We believe it’s never too early to enlist the help of a property management expert. We offer practical support to builders at the planning stage of a development.

We will identify the services needed to run a new residential development and we will implement an appropriate property management programme in agreement with our client. The preparation of cyclical maintenance and repair plans allows service charge and reserve fund budgets to be estimated, residents’ handbooks to be prepared and contractors to be appointed. We support the house builder throughout the project, including dealing with enquiries from purchasers.

The range of services we provide is as extensive as you’d expect. We pride ourselves on our solid reputation for giving a courteous and professional service every time. From landlords to lessees to tenants, we’ll treat all parties equally and without favour and use all reasonable efforts, both in the interest of landlords and lessees to settle disputes through mediation and negotiation.

Our services also include providing status reports of financial, maintenance and legal matters. We also maintain adequate records of all leases and tenancies (where possible) to deal promptly with enquiries, particularly where information is required to assist in a sale.

We’re also well-versed with document management procedures too; producing periodic newsletters to residents and other circulars as necessary, and providing support and regular updates for Board of Director teams.

Let us make it easy

We’ll deal with day-to-day management issues, as well as the management of repairs and maintenance issues. Whatever your requirements, we’ll make matters easier. We can deal with legal matters, management of staff, as well as assisting with issues of financial control and lease compliance. We’re also able to assist with residents’ guides.

We’re also pleased to be able to provide a range of practical completion and handover services. We can agree an effective strategy within current legislation guidelines, and in accordance with best practice. We’ll deal with company solicitors and assist in presenting the estate in its best light for marketing and sales. We’re also able to assist principal contractors in completing works and in meeting programme targets (including access, permits for work etc.).

We’re experienced in managing residents’ expectations and requirements as sales proceed and will co-ordinate contractors to manage snagging in common areas. We’ll also comfortably advise on handover and/or disposal of Resident Management Company, where appropriate.
