You're in safe hands

At MetroPM we have a wealth of experience dealing with freeholders. We can assist the freeholder or Right to Manage Company (RTM) in fulfilling its financial responsibilities by handling such matters as collection of service charges, regular billing and preparing draft accounts. To ensure the estate is in good financial shape, we prepare a service charge budget according to a day-to-day and cyclical maintenance and repairs plan.

We provide clear accounting and reporting on the estate’s financial status by preparing periodic budget reports of income, expenditure and cash flow. In the event of service charge arrears MetroPM will take the necessary legal action to recover any debt.
